Dr Omar Saeed. MD, ABFM, CCFP (Accepting new patients)
Dr. Saeed completed his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean (AUC) in St. Maarten and his Family Medicine residency at The Wright Center in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where he served as Chief Resident. Following his training, he practiced family medicine in Windsor, Ontario, before expanding his practice to Oakville to continue providing comprehensive primary care services.
He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and licensed to practise Family Medicine in both Canada and the United States.
Outside of work:
Dr. Saeed enjoys building LEGOs, going on road trips, and spending time with family and loved ones.

Dr. Azhar (Starting Family Practice in July 2026)
Dr. Azhar completed her Family Medicine training at Women's College Hospital, University of Toronto, and subsequently pursued a fellowship at Hospital Medicine at University Health Network and Sinai Health System. During her fellowship, she began working at One Health Medical Center as a walk-in physician while also leading a women's health clinic.
Starting July, she will continue her practice at One Health Medical Center as a full-time physician, providing comprehensive care with a special interest in women's health.

Dr. Thaer Elrefai (Accepting new patients)
Dr. El-Refai is a well trained and caring physician. Dr. El-Refai also speaks Arabic and Russian. He has been working at One Health Medical Center Oakville since last year.

Dr Javaria Ahmed MBBS, MRCGP, CCFP (Accepting new patients.)
Dr. Javaria is a highly qualified and compassionate Family Physician with extensive international training and experience. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the University of Punjab. She later moved to Dublin, Ireland, where she did clinical training in Anaesthesia, Emergency Medicine, and Orthopaedics.
In 2018, Dr. Javaria completed her Family Medicine training in Manchester, England. Her training included rotations in Women’s Health, Geriatrics palliative care ,Paediatrics ,Psychiatry, and Rheumatology. She is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP), England.
Dr. Javaria provides a wide range of services at her clinic, including comprehensive physical examinations, screening tests, chronic disease management, women’s health services, health education, and minor surgical procedures. She works closely with her patients to help them achieve their health goals and improve their overall quality of life.
She deeply values cultural and linguistic diversity and is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Javaria enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her family. Her husband is an Anaesthesiologist, and they have a beloved son. Her hobbies include cooking, photography, and watching soap dramas.
