Dr Javaria is a highly qualified family physician. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the University of Punjab. She then moved to Dublin Ireland and did few years of training in Anesthesia, Emergency medicine and Orthopaedics.
She completed her training in family medicine in 2018 and became member of Royal College of General Practitioners.
She offers a wide range of services and treatments at her clinic such as physical examinations, screening tests, chronic disease management, women health, health education and minor surgery.
She works closely with her patients to help them achieve their health goals and improve their quality of life . She respects cultural and linguistic diversity. She can speak English, Urdu,Punjabi and Hindi fluently .
She loves travelling and spending time with her family . Her husband is Anesthesiologist and they have one cute 3.5 year old son . She loves cooking , photography and watching soaps. Dr. Rajan Shah completed his undergraduate studies, medical degree, and residency training at the University of Toronto. With a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine and comprehensive clinical experience, Dr. Shah brings a thoughtful and patient-centered approach to every encounter.
He works as a walk-in doctor but also sees patients of other doctors.

Dr. Sindhu has been with One Health for over two years working as a walkin physician. However, given the need of Family Physicians accepting patients, she is now setting up her Family Practice at One Health Medical Oakville. She is highly qualified family physician with a medical school education in Michigan and a family medicine training residency in New Jersey. She holds certifications from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) and the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), indicating her expertise and commitment to the field of family medicine.
As a family physician, Dr. Sindhu specializes in providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Her practice primarily focuses on general outpatient care, which involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions. However, Dr. Sindhu has a particular interest in preventative care, emphasizing the importance of taking proactive measures to maintain and promote good health.
Dr. Sindhu’s scope of practice encompasses various aspects of family medicine. She is skilled in managing both acute and chronic illnesses, performing routine check-ups, and providing preventive screenings. Additionally, she is trained to address various health concerns affecting patients across their lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults and seniors.
Barkaat Ahmad Clinic Manager
Barkaat has more than 18 years of health care industry experience in roles as an independent health care consultant for various hospitals and clinic in different provinces of Canada.
Barkaat has a passion for Healthcare Technologies and has been a co-owner of two Healthcare Technology companies. Along with managing One Health Medical Centre, Oakville, Barkaat owns and manages two other medical clinics in the Greater Toronto Area, one in Nobleton and one in Bolton.
Barkaat also has a passion for providing services for children with special needs and owns a Therapy Centre called Room To Bloom Therapy Centre in Bolton. Barkaat also serves on the Board of Directors of Ontario Autism Coalition and has previously served on chapter leadership committee of Autism Ontario, York Chapter.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Barkaat worked with Hills of Headwaters Collaborative Ontario Health Team (OHT) to host the first COVID-19 Astra Zeneca Primary Care pilot site for the Bolton area. With his efforts, Bolton Medical Practice delivered more than 10,000 COVID-19 Vaccines for residents living in Peel Region. This evolved into the first integrated Covid Response Site in Caledon, built in collaboration with the Hills of Headwaters OHT. Barkaat led this clinic till March 31st, 2022, which provided COVID-19 Vaccination and Assessments for all ages.
Prior to his career in health care, Barkaat worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Motorola Canada Hardware Diagnostics Engineer at Integral Access, Boston, Senior Software Engineer and Project Manager at Motorola Canada. Barkaat obtained an Electrical Engineering degree from Toronto Metropolitan University.
